At just two years old, Brittany Thies ignited her artistic spark, playfully wielding her mother's crimson lipstick to paint her world with vibrant curiosity.
Since then, Brittany's journey has been a kaleidoscope of creative exploration. From dreaming of drawing Japanese anime and crafting for Disney, to forging her own path as the visionary behind Valkyyrii photography, she has fearlessly pursued her passion.
Formally trained at the University of Idaho and Central Washington University, Brittany graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, specializing in Jewelry & Metalsmithing, in 2009. Since then, her artwork has graced local galleries, bustling vending events, and digital platforms alike.
Brittany's story is one of perpetual evolution. From being the designated event photographer for Get Lost…Find Yourself in support of men’s mental health, to shooting for the Motorcycles and Powersports shows with MOTO Canda, capturing Maupin Madness and Portland's signature The ONE Motorcycle Show, embracing freelance opportunities, and daring adventures by foot, vehicle, and motorcycle, she captures not just images, but narratives—inviting us to join her in the wilds of the unknown.
